Location:
Situated within La Manga Club, at the heart of all amenities, which include many restaurants, a spa, three golf courses, hotel, tennis courts, and football facilities used by the great European teams for winter training and mid-season breaks. It is a 20 minute drive from Murcia airport or a 60 minute drive from Alicante airport.
Specification:
A 5 bedroom detached villa, which sleeps 10 adults comfortably and is situated within its own walled grounds with electronic gated access to a driveway leading to a three car integral garage. Three of the bedrooms are ensuite and have their own private balconies. There is a lounge area with cable TV, and a dining area with seating for ten, both of which have patio doors onto the main balcony. There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, which leads on to a spacious utility room. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool, around which guests may relax on recliners and enjoy La Manga's unparalleled views.
